I'm a little confused. Why are they threatening to cancel my subscription at the end of July if I placed my order in Oct '08 and didn't receive my first mag until Jan/Feb??? Why is a year not a year?

Be happy you even got it! I tried for months to get mine never got it. I finally found it in my local book store but its a couple of months behind. Now I have Tony(awr68) sending me a current one from Oregon.

they do not put out 12 issues, something like 9
