Arrow Seats

The time has come for me to find some seats for my project. I've been thinking about the style of seat i'd like to use and am thinking "hot rod" style. Something that would hide the head rest in a low back style but still have the head rest available for safety. I've looked at the Ford Flex second row seats but the headrest still sits on top of the seat.

I know i've seen seats out of a Chevy that had the "SS" emblem embroidered into the headrest and it was completely flush with the seat back when lowered. However I have no idea what vehicle or year they were out of and no idea where to search for these elusive seats. Anyone know?

I actually found pics of the seats. Not the greatest pics, sorry. I know they're in a Ford truck but these seats are actually stock Chevy seats out of some "SS" model. I need these seats.....please help.

I have no idea what those seats are but I know that the Cobalt SS had SS embroidered on the seats, and the late model Impala SS can apparently have it also.

You can also have it done to whatever seats (although I've been told only if it's leather, not vinyl) but it would obviously be cheaper to find them.

I tried calling twice and twice spoke with two different people there and both replied "I don't know." That's why i'm hoping someone recognizes them. I've even tried doing Google searches for Chevrolet models and "SS" models but haven't located anything. The WCC site is no help either......

I'm not trying to get a seat with "SS" embroidered on the headrest as I know there are several available but was describing what i've seen on the seat in factory form of the ones in the pictures i've posted. Thanks for the responses guys. Appreciate it.

FWIW, the leather seats in Cobalt SS's are Recaros. I believe the Saturn Ion used Recaros as well...

Keep in mind that on the seats in the pictures above, the "SS" may stand for Sylvester S******e and not Super Sport.

Trailblazer SS seats say SS on them. Big seats, iirc integral seat belts. I'm not sure they meet your needs.
