Depending on what state you live in you need to have a amber turn signal on the front of the car. That is why you see people put two sets of lights in the housings on 69 camaros. Are you trying to use them for driving lights?
What state are you In?? If you are in California You can have white or yellow turn signals here is the code in that country 24953 VC. As far a can they be swapped out you can give them a call (916) 373-9783

They can be swapped, but they become driving lights only

The only way we can sell the turn signal is with the amber bulb due to D.O.T. regulation.
Like Mike says, the only clear front light would be a 'driving light'.

The design of our turn signal allows it to be easily serviced (i.e. replacing bulbs) by a customer once they receive the product.
