68 RS/SS Pro-touring
I have a 68 RS/SS for sale that is at Prodigy Customs right now. The car should be ready to go within a week. It has been completely stripped primed, mini-tubbed, smoothed firewall, and has a Chris Alston rear suspension installed. This is a true RS/SS with the 12 bolt rear. This is a top notch car done by one of the best shops in the country.
Price $20000.00 - I don't need to sell the car, so please don't low ball.
You all know it is very difficult to find a car, then get work of this quality done for this price. Even if you did, you would typically be in body shop jail for 6 months two a year.

Yeah...that would help wouldn't it. I thought about that after I left today. It does not have an engine and tranny. It is a roller. Frank at Prodigy has the car so let me see if I can get him to post some pics for me. I do have the orginal interior and some parts with the car, but the interior seats would need to be recovered. Oh, and at $20000 I am already taking a loss on the car for those who are wondering.

No one is wondering that cuz we all know you don't make a profit selling these cars whether in the middle or at the end of the build.
That being said, sounds like a nice project for someone to take over. Let's see the pics!

Looks like my boy Chris here is no car salesman, LOL! Let me help along a bit.
We picked up the car a few weeks ago to strip, sheetmetal, and mini tub the car and put it all epoxy, seems roughted in ready for paint prep. A primed roller. The car is a original RS / SS Big Block car with really rare color, Corvette Bronze and white interior. The body was pretty nice, real solid only needing quarters, a trunk pan and lower fender patches. Floors, doors, SS hood are all original and were almost perfect. The outer body has been chemical striped and the jams, floors inside and out have all been sand blasted. My brother David is finishing the quarters, mini tubs, trunk pan and smooth firewall this week and we will epoxy prime and rough in the panel seems and heavier bodywork in prep for Chris painter to do all the ding work, blocking, and paint prep and he will paint it. We also are welding in a G link in the rear so all the welding on the body is finished. Nothing is being done to the front Subframe as that was to be replaced at a later stage.
So as Chris mentioned, we will be finished early to mid week next week, I will post some pics soon as we are done.
Chris and I are good. This was all the work we were supposed to do. As for the not needing the money comment Chris made. Believe me, he does not need the money. However, if he buys this 100 acres, he probably won't be spending the other money it takes to finish the car. I told Chris if he thought he might sell it, sitting at my place was the perfect place to have it for sale.
So the car is in Orlando Florida right now but will be in Dothan Alabama next week

Well, Frank is definitely better at descriptions than I am for sure! I do have original side windows, interior gauges, door panels, bumpers, drive shaft, rear tailights, center console. Windows are great condition. I guess the rest could be used if you wanted to, but it would need to be cleaned up, I do have a set of brand new door handles, window and full molding set that will go with the purchase as well. I don't have the original wheels.
