That is just right out of the mill, not polished.

So you got on here to publicly complain before you have even tried to call Tom Nelson? Last I checked Tom was still Human, Maybe he made a mistake, or maybe you thought you paid for the polished manifold and in reality you did not. You should call a vendor before your try and drag their name through the mud publicly.

I think you need to relax. He wasn't dragging anyone through the mud. He specifically states that he was going to give Nelson a call. Besides, its obvious this intake has some killer potential.

Either way you want to slice it, I think you should call Tom Nelson First.

Plus a large portion of your pics focus in on imperfections common with machine parts like that. Those manifolds are awesome pieces.

Default Non Polished

I saw this post and thought cool let see what Allen wrote hes got to be stoked.Allen you have me totally confused.I had a phone conversation with you when we bolted it on and sent you photos just like these of it bolted on the motor a month before we shipped it,asking if you wanted it polished which i suggested you do and that i felt i looked out of place Raw unfinished on this engine and without our covers and your responce to me was that everything in your engine bay was billet so you wanted it to stay billet. Is that not right? That was the reason for that call.It was clear as day to me.Its no problem if you want it polished send it back and i'll polish it.But i've got to say this is a weird post i spent a week on the dyno for you for next to nothing and have offered to tune the car here for free with splitting the shipping because this is the first intake conversion on a Gm 572 crate and want it right, and its important to me.Not to mention making a 620 hp gm crate pump out 680 with a intake swap. Why not just call me.rather than this Give me a call today and lets straighten this out.The last thing i want is a unhappy customer so lets make it right. But you've got me Flustered.

I cant get you on the phone until night usually. If any one took this post in a negative way it was not intended to be. Part of this fourm is for asking questions that you do not know answers to. Some one telling me these imperfections are normal in the unfinished intake helps me out. Tom I give you a call.
