Default ATS Engine Plates LSX F/S

I have a set of used ATS LSX Engine Plates for sale( $113.00 includes shipping). I installed them on my engine and the header won't clear due to edelbrock headers. These where made for Camaro's not Chevelles so my lost and your gain. This is for Plate only No eninge mount!!! I will be taking them off Tuesday night. Thanks Brandon

By the way I have talked to Tyler and many other people out there and only way to fix my problem correctly without highly moding th car more is switching engine plate. This plate was made for Camaro according to Tyler and I do wanna say Tyler has been very helpful in all question and makes very nice pieces!!!!!!! Thanks again Tyler for always anwser my questions and thinking one step ahead. Brandon

Do you know if these will work with a Wayne Due subframe? It has a 6 speed crossmember already on it (i'm running LS1/T56) If so I am interested.

Question

Brans72, just curious why you didn't use the edelbrock plates? I am considering the edelbrock setup but haven't found any pictures. Post some up if you have them. Bump for you.

I used those plates on my Chevelle, no problems. The urethane mounts have a tab that gets in the way with the Chevelle frame pad, so you either flip the mounts/plates from side to side (makes them upside down but they work perfect), or you trim that tab. Either way, the plates work fine, it's the design of the motor mount itself that causes a very minor issue that is easily corrected.

At the time they did not make a plate or header so I went with ATS. I can take some pics this week for you and pm them to you.

Jody I flipped the side to side every way possible and will not work with my setup in my 1972 chevelle. Sure it would work if I moved my engine back redrilled holes or cut my header up and rewelded it but I am going to do neither and go the route Andrew did on his GTO. I will be First to say I like material and look much better from ATS then Edelbrock but sometimes you can't have the cake (your choice of flavor) and eat it to.
