SPAL Electic Programable Fan Controller, I'll go $50.00. Just add it to the other stuff coming my way. Just a guess really have no idea what's its worth but I think it might work for my application

will that oil pan need to be modified to do a swap into a 1st gen Camaro? any kinda deal for the oil pan and valve covers IF the pan will work?

If you are using the stock frame yes. It is for a 4th gen f-body . It will fit DSE frames and the AME frame, or any that take a stock 4th gen pan .
