Default 1971 Camaro for Sale -Arizona car

Hey Guys, as you know the economy is just getting worse and worse. This is causing a pinch on all of us and its time for me to put things up for sale. So the camaro must go! I’m sure I have lots of other parts that are original to the car. But this is the list off the top of my head………Chris

• 71 body from Arizona, clean but with 30 years of abuse. I’ve had to make up a patch for the pass. side quarter as junk was trapped in the extension and caused rust. Other quarter is dented from being backed into things. Can be saved. Body has been stripped and sealed. The body is very clean Arizona piece accept the items pointed out above.
• Original RS upper and lower valance. Perfect lower I might add!!!
• Urethane bumper 1 fiberglass and 1 original
• New rear lower valance
• New door skins on primer sealed doors.
• New GM door hinges
• 2 sets of fenders 1 repro set and 1 set of factory, odd years
• Goodmark steel cowl induction hood and an original hood.
• Firewall has been welded closed and needs to be ground and finished
• Sub frame, control arms have been acid dipped and E-coated
• New repro rad support
• 2 Deck lids and 3 piece spoiler
• Extra bumpers
• Window trim and glass(Good shape)



• Engine is a 355ci engine built by Powerline engines out of Arizona 425hp carb to pan. Motor has been only run no more than 100 miles. 2 piece rear main. 2.02 steel heads with cast crank and 2 bolt main.
• Serpentine belt system from a F body car
• 1995 T-56 6 speed with 15,000 miles. Bell housing and fork also
• Modified cross member to fit trans.
• Rebuilt 10 bolt with Richmond gear 3:73 Factory posi style
• Baer track system brakes. Factory spindles modified. PBR calipers and 13" up front and 12 in rear.



• Global West suspension
• 175 lb leaf springs L-2
• 740 lb front springs- Semi Comp
• 600 lb Hotchkis frt. springs
• Solid Aluminum body mounts
• Del-A-Lum bushings for control arms and springs
• 1 Ό” frt. sway bar & links
• 4 Koni adjustable shocks
• New GM Quick ratio steering box
• All new Moog steering parts


• Interior
• Adjustable Corbeau seats with lumbar bladders and slides.
• Quarter trim, Door panel lowers, B pillar trim
• 1 Standard column and 1 tilt

Thanks for the thoughts. Its funny how most people just dont see this economy turning around anytime soon. How much money can the Gov. pump into these companies. I think they really need to give the money to the people instead of Banks and alike. Give me just $1,000,000 and Ill do some spending for the economy!

Hi Chris,

Honestly, it's not exactly what I'm in the market for, but you've done a lot of work that I don't think those pics reflect very well. For example, a good shot of the firewall to show the work you've done would help. Also, a pic of the interior so people could get an idea of how it looks. And people are likely going to want to see a shot of the damage to the quarter that you mentioned.

Looks like a good start to a project for whomever takes it on. Good luck with the sale...
