Default Vettes sitting in Brooklyn Garage...

http://nymag.com/nymetro/news/people...igencer/11902/

This is an older article, but someone I work with lives in the building and says they are still there. 36 Vettes, one from each year between '53 and '89. Could be another barn find for Charley.

This story turns up on various forums from time to time. Unfortunately this will probably have a similar ending to the car that was burried and dug up that Boyd was going to restore. How's that working out so far?

I remember seeing these cars back in the day (they were raffled off as a "collection" by VH1) and they ranged in condition from decent drivers to absolute bondo-buckets, the worst of the cars were the ones from the most desirable years (of course).

The last story I read about them said that Peter Max or a representative had been contacted and he refused to talk about selling the cars.
