Default New prodigy Customs Bad boy A Body Radiators Are Here

The first of our new A body Bad Boy radiators is here. This monster is designed to fit 68-72 A bodies and is a big as you can get. Built for the most extreme conditions, complete with dual monster 16" fans and 4720CFM of cooling, if this baby won't keep it cool, you got other issues!

This one in particular is for our 1968 Chevelle Bull Run Project (Cannonball Run), and since this thing will see extended multi hour 100MPH+++ speeds, we need all the cooling capacity we can get and then some. Combine the high end pulling / high horsepower demand with the long lines getting into and out of the various venues (Parades, traffic is where those 16" fans are your best friend), and we need nothing but the best.

This one is a double pass design (both inlet and outlet on the same side) which sends the water through the radiator in a double Z pattern effectivly giving the fluid 2 cooling passes per trip through the radiator. This one is also set up for LSX application and includes the Steamline port. We also added the condensor option for a clean installation.

This Radiator is only $850 WITHOUT the Condensor option.
The built in condensor is a $200 option.
Prodigy Cool Package *See below is $90

The radiators come 4 ways and are the same cost.

Radiator WITH trans cooler built in. Comes with dual 14" Spahl fans (3560CFM) in a FULL aluminum shroud, in a double pass design (double pass moves the fluid through the radiator 2 times per pass instead of once) which adds as much as 20 additional degrees of cooling in extreme situations, Complete kit is $850.

Radiator with NO built in trans cooler. Comes With dual 16" Spahl fans (4720CFM) in a FULL aluminum shroud, in a double pass design (double pass moves the fluid through the radiator 2 times per pass instead of once) which adds as much as 20 additional degrees of cooling in extreme situations, Complete kit is $850.

Double pass design puts both upper and lower hoses on the passenger side and requires a swivel water neck so the upper hose can go to the passenger side instead of the drivers side. If it were me, I would never use a crossflow (original style) radiator again. However someone insist we also build a crossflow style (conventional upper and lower hoses on opposing sides).

* We also have a Prodigy Cool package for a additional $90 that includes a billet radiator cap, hook / relay kit and a temp sender switch to turn the fans on at 195 degrees and off at 165 degrees

Looks Great, sorry I have my Ron Davis. I'd rather have one of these with the Condencer.

We have a awesome oil cooler set up. It is a external deal and can either be mounted in front of the condenser, or we can stack a pair of these in front of the condenser, one for engine oil, one for transmission fluid.

Or they can be independently mounted with its own pair of 5 1/2" fans. The coolers with no fans are 4300, With fans $600

Check it out, it don't get no cooler then this.
