Default Houndstooth material

So Im about to buy a pair of Viper Seats for my 68 (thanks JimHamptons for the idea) and will need to have them recovered.

I have no idea where to start but pretty much figure that there is no seat cover made that will work so its all going to be custom.

Where do I buy or start to look to buy houndstooth material?

You can see how the seats look from this link
