70 Lemans Runs/drives, great interior $2500 - Lateral-g Forums

Have a 70 lemans for sale, everything works except for the brakes. Has great interior if you have a chevelle, skylark, gto/lemans etc. #'s matching 400ci and rebuilt trans.. Also have both quarter skins that need to be put on. I have been seeing clones in the mid $20k's lately.. Would make a great parts car if you have a GTO with no motor, trans, rims or interior.

Pics? How bad are the rust issues? What part of Houston are you in?

I live in Pearland to be specific which is South Houston. Rust issues are the bottom quarters, little bit at the bottom of the fenders, deck lid, and some on the hood. Floors are good except for a few spots next to the drain plug in the drivers. Passenger and rear are really solid, and nice underneath. I already have both skins which would save you $350+ with $150+ in shipping charges. Most of the rust is an easy fix even for a beginner welder. I might work on some of it this week since I am learning to weld in Ag. class, but I wouldn't trust myself to do the quarters.

Would only take about $1500 to get the car to paint stage if you looked good for parts.

Will get some pics tomorrow. Ones I have suck.. Interior is still a little dirty though, I just cleaned it kinda half ass.

.. Guy was telling me to part it out. Said I could get around $1000 for the interior and $1500-$2000 for the engine and trans. He also said the rims would go for quite a bit also, so I am not sure what I want to do.

I am sorry, it is dark when I get home.. Someone is coming to look at it tomorrow also, so I guess the sale is pending again.

Reason I put a pic of the headlights is because that is really only what people seem to be interested in.. Engine, trans, rims, seats, and front clip..
