Default Dumb question

I know all you Chevy guys are gonna die laughing when you read this, but remember, I'm a Ford guy. I was looking for the cylinder head ID stamp on my wife's Camaro and when after put the valve cover back on (they're center bolt valve covers), The driver's side rear bolt was ticking against the rocker arm. I spent a good hour trying to figure out how to get that bolt in without hitting the rocker arm. It's still ticking and I feel like a moron. So there you go. Let me have it.

Definitely did not put it on upside down. The valve covers have writing and bowties on them. It's a 67 Camaro, but the motor is a late 80's stroked 350.
