Default Turn signal/Hazard ?

I am in the process of installing the Marquez front LED park/turn signal lights and the Digi-tails rear LED light kit. The rear harness is currently disconnected and the front LED lights are installed. I have installed the new Hazard and turn signal flasher's meant for this application also.

My question is, the turn signal's and hazards work in the front with the lights off but do not with the lights turned on. Is this because I have the rear harness disconnected? With the lights on you can hear the flasher's clicking like the turns or hazards are working but nothing. Guess I need to finish up the rears and see if it is still the same.

Also, my two wires were black and purple not orange like the instructions.

Time to break out then DVO meter and trouble shoot the wiring. ASSUME nothing!!! Verify everything weather it agrees with the directions or not. It sounds like a bad/missing ground or miss connected grnd and park light wire. You need to use the DVOM to test and verify what each wire comming from the vehicle is, one constant 12v positive wire with park lights on - one alternating 12V positive wire - one constant ground wire. Do this with all lights disconnected so you don't get any false readings from back or cross feeds.
