Default Best Suspension upgrade for the money?

Hey guys I know this topic has been covered but I honestly don't have a lot of time to look for past topics. I have a 67 camaro with stock suspension which needs an upgrade, no track time just street driven, the HP is around 350. I'm on a serious budget so what will be the best upgrades for the money? Thank you for all your help.

Hotchkis. You can either do a full TVS (which has $150 rebate right now) for $1130 minus the $150. Or you can do the kit minus the rear sway bar that many do not think is nessasary anyway for $730 (no rebate).

Add a set of their Bilstien / Hotchkis shocks for $340 for the set and you have a good start.

Got a few more bucks, add some Speedtech upper A Arms for $500.

Got more money yet, add some Ride Tech tall spindles for $300.

Got more money, do a 3rd gen Camaro steering box. About $300 for the conversion.

It sounds like no money so since there is no track time involved either, I would just add a large sway bar to the front and call it good. Maybe good shocks also but the large sway bay will make a big difference and might be enough for what you want.

Gulstrand mod, lower ride height, more agressive alignment, and sway bar. Doesn't get any cheaper.

Default suspension upgrade

Thanks guys I really appreciate the help. I'm not familiar with the Gulstrand Mod can you guys explain that? I want to drive it for a couple years before I really tear into it and do a complete upgrade. Thanks again

Slight lowering of the suspension. Find set of biggest factory swaybars and get a set of 17" wheels with good tires. The absolutely best bang for the money.

American Touring Specialties AFX Spindles and and ATS 670 Power Steering box. I know that the spindles have some additional requirements but bang for the buck they are a great investment. The power steering box makes suck an increadible difference that I would consider it to be a must have. Hotchkis sway bar as well.

Just my opinion.
