Now I've seen everything - a turntable in the basement.

I wanna know what he does for a living? Im willing to bet the wife dont work.
He is either a saudi with big family oil money. (nah wrong kinda hood)
Could be a rapper?? Lotsa bling fit in that thing??
CEO of some big tabbaco company maybe?
Anyone know if Jay Leno is building a new house? Maybe he wants to move his cars out of the plane hangers and put a plane in there?
I bet its a B Ball player, Do to the B Ball court..
Just imagine the property taxes on that thing.

The total structure (including garages and underground basketball court) will be in excess of 23,000 sq ft. The new house will be covered in stone (granite) and the total weight of the building materials (stone, concrete, steel and lumber) will be approx 25,000,000 lbs (the rebar alone weighed 70 tons).

The technology in the house will be incredible. The clean agent fire suppression system is the same one used at the Louvre to protect the Mona Lisa. All of the audio, video, security, lighting and HVAC will be tied into a Crestron control system. A biometric access system (iris recognition) is slated for use at the garage.

if you look around the site a lil more they show the collection of ferraris and other exotics that will call it home..... i just gotta find out who the guy is... he MUST be my long lost biological father
