Thats not the actual house guys....that is the mechanic and garage hand housing unit...The house is across the Estate next to the Hanger.

The total structure (including garages and underground basketball court) will be in excess of 23,000 sq ft. The new house will be covered in stone (granite) and the total weight of the building materials (stone, concrete, steel and lumber) will be approx 25,000,000 lbs (the rebar alone weighed 70 tons).

The technology in the house will be incredible. The clean agent fire suppression system is the same one used at the Louvre to protect the Mona Lisa. All of the audio, video, security, lighting and HVAC will be tied into a Crestron control system. A biometric access system (iris recognition) is slated for use at the garage.
