the trailer flames is a quick cut stencil and cobalt blue kandy... took about 2 mins to mask with the cad cut stencil, 10 mins to spray all the flame licks, and a finish coat of kandy to darken it all up.

the silver tank is silver HOK ultra mini flake in intercoat clear..bout 4 coats over silver base..... with a super weak kandy on the flames... in the sun it looks like a disco ball and the flames just about dissapear.

hmmmm...actually you didnt say which tank.... mighta been the green one with silver leaf.... the "effect" is silver leaf... that is brushed... then re leafed with bigger flakes.... actually turned out looking like galvanized... which really wasnt what i was goin for... but it still looked kewl..so i left it.

Very nice. I hope to get the sheetmetal painted on my V-Rod over the winter. I trimmed up a Russ Wernimont fender and I want to get everything painted at the same time. Oregon is pretty far, but I like your work.
