Default FESLER (Where did we come from)

Well I have been getting a ton of questions about where we came from and how we do what we do. I will give you the quick version here.

Fesler Billet was formed in 2007 and was branched off of Fesler Built. Fesler Built has been designing and building autos for over 10 years professionally now. We have not been open to the public untill 2005 before that we were building cars for GM, Ford, Dodge, Toyota, Kicker, Checker, Snut Top, Street Scene, Lexani and sports players to name a few. People have always asked us to build or design a part to help set there car off. We never wanted to really be in the parts business full time just build cool one off parts for the projects we build in the shop.

Fast forward to 2007 we approached one of the companies ( I am sure its not who you think and I wont mention a name but some of you know) building parts for us, long story short we were told we were crazy and that there was no way that part would sell. So let’s just say that lit the fire that started Fesler Billet and here we are today. By the way that part is our number two seller so I guess they were wrong!

Fast forward some more and we have been getting calls and emails daily over the last year asking us to make parts, asking us to make parts other companies have but can’t get out. Asking us to make the parts and make them quick because they are tired of waiting. So here we are today making parts and coming out with more and more every week.

Shop run down for you guys, we have a 12,000+SF facility to build and design cars and parts, on top of that we have about 6500SF of painting space for the paint shop and for the part you guys care about we have about 3000SF of machine shop space to produce the parts and we have out grown that space so looking for more space. We have two full time machines that just prototype parts and we have access to 10 more machines at anytime to produce parts when we fall behind. You see we are not here to mess around but to provide you guys with the coolest parts you can get and a very wide variety of parts for many many applications. We even have MOPAR stuff 68 Charger hood hinges should be shipping next week.

We have about 200 parts in the works right now with a line up of another 100easy, how many we can produce well we will see. We have 10 guys in the hot rod shop and we usually take 10-12 cars to SEMA. I have cut that way back this year to 4-5 cars so the other half of the shop can produce parts for you guys. We have been accused of not really doing much but subbing stuff out and buying stuff. I think from my shop link and the parts you guys see you now all know that we are a force that is here to work hard and make cool stuff. We are not here to put anyone out of business or to take business that is not asking to be had. If you guys need parts let us know we are here to make parts we are here to stay and we are here to KICK ASS.

Start posting what you like, what you want to see and what you need and we will get on it. Obviously we can only make stuff so fast so some of the stuff will take time but we will get on it and if we can’t do something we will let you know.

I have to say that I've been very impressed with the number of new products that you've brought to market in such a short time.

Keep up the good work.
