Default Rambler News

HEY GUYS...
heres whats new
I POSTED MY LT1-4L60 COMBO W/ PAINLESS HARNESS THE LOCAL TRADER PAPER.....A GUYS IS SUPPOSED TO PICK IT TOMMORROW....
im sure your asking why ....well i wanted to see if i could work torwards getting the rest of the car done.... BODY/PAINT/WIRING ETC.i really beliEve i can make some serious progress...i already know that eng/trans combo will work...but have been eyeballing the LS1 .REASONS-ITS LIGHTER... IVE ALSO BEEN WORRIED HAVING A LT1(stock appearance) UNDER THE HOOD WOULD BE TO OUTDATED to really bring the attention to the car under the hood ...so im going to change the eng trans combo.....to what im not 100 % sure but leaning torward the LS1......
LET ME KNOW WHAT YA THINK....AND STAY TUNED FOR UPDATED PICS ON THE RAMBLER ...AS IM BACK ON IT STEADY....

How about a Ferrari motor? The latest issue of HOT ROD I think had a tidbit about a Rabler someone was putting a Ferrari motor in.

Tom, I agree with Stuart. Do the LS1 and never look back.

I just came from a jet engine exhibition at Lebanon Dragway so I think you should go rocket powered to be different

You want to draw attention to the car, dont put anything under the hood, and use pedals like a paddle boat. People will see you pull in...have a recording of some loud pipes playing out the back, then park it, pop the hood...and WOW! Its an invisible engine!

You could always do it Fred Flinstone style...save you money on floors.
