Default G BODY front brakes! ON A BUDGET..HELP???

Like it says, im looking to upgrade my worn out stock fronts.
Ive heard about B body spindles and bigger 12" rotors, wich sounded
great.....except I need to buy tubular upper control arms(there goes budget)
Any other suggestions?? If not Ill use a quality slotted rotor with hawk pads,
steel braided flex lines and good brake fluid. Anyone built a brake cooling
hose set up in a G car?? I was thinking about making one up with modified
stock backing plates and some hose

budget... what is your budget??? my advice would be a set of ATS spindles.. and some oem c5 brakes.... possibly from ebay... the ATS are a real handling upgrade over b-body ones... infact its either stock, or ATS if you ask me.. the b-body oned have way to much bumpsteer.. and what you spend more on the spindles you make up in the brakes....

or write GbodyGmashine.. he used the stock hubs seperated from the rotors and some brackets to fit soem bigger brakes

I'll chime in here. I used stock rotors and cut the rotor off the hub. It was a PITA. I would recoment Kore 3 products. I run their calipers with my custom made hubs and brackets. If Kore 3 was producing the hubs when I was building my car, I would have bought them.

PS. DONT DO THE B-BODY CONVERSION. Cause more problems than solutions.
