Default RS conversion help

i bought a complete RS headlight conversion kit for my 69 camaro. i bought the DSE electric doors as well. originally my car was a standard 69, but i always wanted the RS headlights. i also put RS fenders on the car as well. my problem is i am not 100% sure on how it all goes together. does anyone know where i can find a diagram or have some pics that would help me in the installation of this set up? any and all help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Here are a few pics and I will see if I can find more of it all going together so you can see everything. But this might help you for placements

thanks. thats kinda what i figured on that part. the main thing i'm trying to figure out is how the actuator arm mounts through the inner fender under the headlight? then pretty much everything from there on back. i took the arm off the headlight bucket and got it mounted with no problem, but my inners don't have any holes under the headlight bucket for anything like that? do i need to cut a hole for that arm to go through?

yes you will have to cut holes in your standard inner fenders. I think it's something you have to mock up, measure and then cut as there is no template from what I can remember.

Do you have one of these books? http://www.themotorbookstore.com/1969camaro.html

'69 Camaro assembly manual? There are a lot of photos in it that will help.

a 69 camaro service manual should have the info how everything fits in place.I know there is more than enough info in the assembly manual that can help you. I used this service manual a few years back to get the vacuum hose's fitted on the rs headlight cannister's on my wife's 69 rs we did a while back. As Rybar suggested you will need to test fit and mock up parts as needed to check fit before drilling hole. The dse headlight kit will make it alittle less work not needing to replaced vacuum hose's when they split or crack and will open and close quicker. These might help.

The DSE motors come with a useful template. Between that, these pictures and the AIM I was able to get mine converted.
