Default Leaky carb on my Triumph

It's not an automobile, but it's a bike, and it's leaking.

I've got a 1996 Triumph Tiger, and one of the carbs is leaking. I removed the airbox so I could see where it was leaking from. Red arrow:

You gearheads on here have any idea why it's leaking from that hole?

Might want to do and introduction first, and pictures of the bike are always welcome.
