Default 61 Parkwood

Here's a 1961 Chevrolet Parkwood. I am working on for a client from Germany.
He's a little bit more conservative than I would like. But you have to make them happy. So I have removed the graphic stripes.



I'll be adding the roof rack and door handles too. The wagon will be equipped with...

Engine:
LS2 Corvette engine with ported heads

Wilwood 13,2" disc brake front and rear (black powder coated brake
calipers )
Classic Perform "Billet" 8" Booster

wheels & tires:
Billet Specialties 20x 8,5for the front and 20x10 for the rear,tires
235/35/20 front / 275/35/20 rear

Steering:
aluminum polished "ididit" steering column ( column shift )
Billet Specialties 14,1"Stiletto with half-wrap in black leather
605 Power Steering Classic Perform 500er Series

Interior:
Dakota Digital Dash with blue illuminated light

Ditto. That background really makes the art stand out.

Would love to see one of these done up as a gasser with a straight axle front end and all. Rolling on 20's is good too.

I like that one better... the little blue stripes were a little '80s for my taste. This one is killer!

i like the last one way better too.... and if you want to drive it in europe it will have to have exterior handles... the german polizei dont mess about either...

but i think the last one looks much less "dated" would be nice to see it on some bonneville salt flats style d hole wheels in 20 inch.. perhaps with a cast center...

like the grey/silver color combo better but I would do that paint combo with no doorhandles and no roof rack.

Here's an interior view. One of two.



Client wants to keep it with the two tone- Gun metal on top and silver on bottom with a light bright blue pinstripe separating the colors.
