I was on my way to the PT style but have run aground with the funds. My wife just graduated and is still in search of a job and I'm in the process of starting a remodel biz. That's my reason for selling. The car is the sacrificial toy to go first.
The car is in good condition and drives great w/ less than 150 miles on new motor. The motor is a 383 stroker with 420HP and 450ft lb and an all forged bottom end that I had planned on spraying w/ an extra 200-250HP. It is running 9.6:1 compression. The tranny is a TH350 running through a 10 bolt w/ 4:11 gears. The front end is equipped w/ Hotchkiss 2" drop springs and the rear has custom multi leaf drops and KYB gas adjust shocks all around. It also has CalTrac bars for traction. The wheels are Centerline forged aluminum and MT drag raadials on the rear w/ some LeMans skinny runners on the front.
As I mentioned I was going to transform this straight line car into a PT machine but can't justify keeping it with my current economic state. I have the receipts and even some photos of the motor build that go w/ the car as well as the original A/C unit that was in the trunk when I bought the car 3yrs. ago.
