Hard Line Fittings..... Where to buy?

I was hoping to run all my air lines, fuel lines, brake lines and so on all in stainless steel tubing. I have been trying to find a good supplier for the fittings. I heard Swaglok was the fittings to use but I priced out 1 stainless fitting for $54. I am going to need a fair amount of fittings and was hoping to find something a little cheaper but still quality pieces. Any help would be great!

I stock quite a few, I get them from a supply house in Northern California. I also stock the tubing in 20 ft straight lengths. It is much easier to make straight nice tubing from straight tubing, not the coils that make it easy to ship. I buy both the tubing and the fittings in bulk to help on price. The nuts and sleeves are not that much but a TEE bulkhead could be 54 bucks.

If you make me a list of what you want I can tell you if I have it all in stock.

I will put together a list and let you know. I can see that using the 20' lengths of tubing would be nice for those straight runs. Do you use tubing cutters to cut the stainless tubing? I am still figuring out what i will need but i think most of my fittings are just male connects. One side thread and the other is a compression fitting. I will need a few that are a 90deg instead of straight ones. Here is a pic Do you have an idea on what this fitting would cost? My air lines are only 1/4". Thanks Rodger!

I am new to doing hard lines so I always thought that you use AN fittings when doing fuel only and possibly brake lines. Do people use these for air line fittings?
