Default Want to go to SEMA

Hey Guys,
I want to go to the SEMA show this year but I heard your job has to be in the automotive industry, is this true? Is it hard to get tickets? I went on the SEMA websight and put in my email in to be alerted when i can registar but haven't seen anything yet. When do they usually open up for registration? Any help much appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott aka Vicious69

Yeah you have to be a member or buisness to attend the show, they dont even start to think about it for months and when they do if you are not a member they may not email you anything. If you really want to go and cant get a pass let me know and you can pay for one through my company so you can get in.

Hmmm...I've already got my registration paid for for this year. I got an email about a week and a half ago?

I figure that if "work" gets in the way this year (good possibility)...then I'm only out 15 bucks...and I can give the badge to someone that can use it!

Thanks Chris for the offer I may take you up on that. There would be 3 of us total to go, is that ok? How much would the registration be?

Yeah I thought that it is open to the public now. I'm pretty sure they changed it last year.

I'm surprised. It seems like a lot of shops suddenly find themselves with a bunch more "employees" right before SEMA anyways. So why don't they just open it up?
