I ordered my hood and fenders from Goodmark last summer. I believe I ordered them direct, however Summit is a dealer for Goodmark. I recently ordered a set of door shells for my 68 bird through Classic Industries. They typically have the best pricing, although I cannot speak for the quality firsthand...yet.

More depends on where you live as shipping large pieces is expensive. Most everyone carries the same metal. Find someone close to you and drive to pick it up.

Muscle Car Metal had the best prices on metal and shipping that I found.. They have a flat rate shipping per order. Here's a link.

Call CPU Car Parts and ask for Brian. I just ordered $1500 in sheetmetal and he shipped it by truck freight for $125.
