Default Is K-200 primer still available?

My vehicle is half covered in K-200 primer, and I still need about 1 more gallon of primer, plus the correct activator/catalyst and reducer to complete the rest of the vehicle. I was told that it is NOT compliant and is NOT sold in CA. Does anyone know if it still exists for purchase???? Thanks!
