Default The Fastlane Fairlane is SOLD!

This project is just about done and I'm gearing up for my next build. Since I'm not rich and I don't have a warehouse to keep a bunch of cars in I decided to sell the Fairlane to free up cash and space.

But she is going to a good home back east and the new owner is even a board member here. The funny thing is that he's a "Chevy guy" that now owns a Mopar and a Ford. lol

Going to miss the car though. It drives so nice and can destroy the tires at most speeds. The ride is better than my Camaro (even thoug the steering isn't).

I still need to finish the interior, run her down the 1/4 mile, shoot a feature and then install and AOD transmission since the C4 sucks on the freeway. Then she heads to the new owner who I know will drive her hard.

We did a huge burn-out today and video taped it. When I figure out how to get it burned to my computer I will post up the video. I think I need drag radials in back if I have any hope of getting traction.

It was sure fun playing for the blue oval team...

Love the car, have been following the build from the begining. If I had the cash I know I wouldn't have hestatated to buy it. I am hopeing to use the feature of the engine build as the basis for my 351 Windsor build.
