Default F1 in the U.S.

anybody else follow F1, just got done watching the race the other day and it got me thinking about F1 in the U.S. i hate watching F1 at indy, imo they should be racing at Laguna Seca, a much better suited track for these cars. Indy has a legacy but not for F1.

PS this statement has nothing to do with me living 3 hours away from Laguna Seca

I agree. Laguna Seca is an excellent track, driven it a few times in the past. I've seen F1 cars on it myself recently... however at a historics event. Still fantastic.

I bet it's easier on Michelin tires, too.

Default Not an F1 Fan but !!!!!!

Just a way of tossing in my 2 cents, but have any of you ever seen the Australian V8 Supercar Series, it's wild and what the Trans Am series was here years ago, These cars run on all kinds of road courses and I for one would welcome something like it here. The series is dominated by Ford Falcons and Holden's which is GM Aussie division. You gotta check it out. There are tracks all over the country that would be able to handle a series like this and it dominates the Australian racing fan base. "Someone Please Bring It Here"

Just my 2 cents ...........

Why can't GM build good looking cars like the Holden cars here?
