Default '66 Convertible gets pipes

Little update:
The chassis and sheet metal are finished so we loaded her up for a trip to Performance Exhaust. The car has so many chassis and suspension mods the exhaust needed to be scratch built. Dave Faver did a great job of tucking everything up tight and hitting all of the spaces dead center. The pipes also fit the frame cutouts like a glove. Now that it is all tacked together we will take it back to the shop and TIG weld it all with stainless rod.

Looks fantastic. That thing has a really wide tunnel for exhaust.

WOW that looks great. Is that 2.5" pipe?

Here are a few pics of a 69 stang were going motor work too.(the underside of the car is bad)

All 3" started out as a box of U bends. Not the best but it works for this car.

Ur set up is super sweet.

Default Thanks!

Thank you for the compliments.

Bad 94, Yes it is 2.5" pipe. It would have been a mess to try to fit 3" in it and my motor combination does not need the extra pipe.

Prodigy, The tunnel was cut a widened at where the front torque arm is mounted. Added almost 4" of width.
