cross member driveshaft and tv cable

i listed this before with no luck..thought id try again..doing the 700r-4 swap anyone have the BtO crossmember they dont need, the tv cable either tci brand or the tv made easy kit..also needing a driveshaft..my th350 driveshaft is busted
