Default moulding help needed

my car has just had the roof and quarters replaced. so the pins that hold the clips on for the moulding are gone. my questions is, whats the best way to get the pins back in place? how many pins are their on the roof line and the quarters? whats the best thing to use? my car is almost finished with the paint, and i want to get the glass put in, but was told to wait until i get the pins back in place for the molding. anyone have any ideas? i need some help...

You can 1/8" pop rivet the clips on and put a tiny dab for urethane on the rivet hole. Unless you have a Unispotter and can weld studs, but I have never seen on work good enough. Put them ever 8" or so making sure to put a clip a couple inches from the end of a molding.
