G-Force "Devious" Camaro

As some of you know, G-Force Design Concepts displayed "Devious" in the Twist Machine booth. As Jason Huber will tell you, I'm a real bear when it comes to SEMA cars. Twist's policy is that display cars must be complete running vehicles. No half finished junk. It's gotta be a CAR, not a glorified pile of parts. You see a lot of cars at SEMA with gaping holes in the dash, hanging wires, no plumbing, no glass or worse. Half finished cars reflect poorly on the builder as well as the booth holder. It happens frequently, but that doesn't make the practice acceptible--at least not in my booth. My parts are functional, so I insist on a functioning car. That's a reasonable request. Devious was a bare shell September 15th. No paint, no filler, no primer. No nothing. G-Force accomplished an amazing amount of work in a short period of time. The level of detail is simply amazing. No picture can accurately portray just how cool this car really is.

G-Force got the job done And that means they can get the job done for you as well. If you're looking for a talented, professional shop, be sure to give G-Force Design Concepts serious consideration. I put great emphasis on the word professional. There is no shortage of talent in the hobby, but the cream of the crop proves that they are good business managers as well. G-Force fits that formula.

Thanks. Response at the show was overwhelming.

As for the blue car, we never planned on bringing it. SEMA show expenses are obscene enough without the added burden of vehicle transport to and from NY. The blue car was just built for fun. That's how we stay connected and come up with new ideas. Wrench on cars for fun and new products are inevitable. The blue car is, by no means, a SEMA car. Nor was it ever intended to be a SEMA car. We will take the blue car to events and drive the piss out of it. Any promotional value is purely passive. The blue car generated a lot of strange energy from people. With SEMA behind us, it should be clear that Twist only builds cars for fun. We have no plans to get into the car building business.

Rumor cancelled. Devious is the real star.

Jason's front spoiler offers 4" of ground clearance at ride height. Our production front spoiler will be higher--more of a splitter than a spoiler. I'll let Jason fill everone in on the car's list of mods and parts. The body mods are subtle, but extensive. My favorite modification was the extended cowl induction hood scoop and 09 Camaro inspired upper valence.

That was my mistake.. I saw that it was getting Twist products.. and being "hurried" and somehow thought it was bound for SEMA.. oops! lol


Anyways, Devious was simply stunning. Very nicely done and unlike some Camaros at SEMA it didn't "try too hard". The mods were tasteful and flowed throughout the whole car.

The car actually looked like you could hop in it and take it for a spin. Very well done!

undriven and overdressed cars....not my cup of tea...
id like to hear some stories from the guys like you ,and how they are affected by sema .
sorry i was mistaken..i thought you guys were doing the blue car to showcase products at sema along with having DEVIOUS in the booth ...steve rupps fault.. ..i know twist isnt in the car building business

I'm glad you brought it up so'z we could clear the air. One look at the worn, 40 year old interior in the blue car would erase any doubt of our intentions.

Behind the scenes SEMA stories are hard to elaborate on message boards. But yeah, SEMA is always a crazy whirl wind. Exciting, exhausting--and in a lot of ways it's like a chess game--Always planning your next move. This being my 17th year, I'm finally figuring it out.
