I was just wondering if You know of a guy named Kevin Mckenzie, He had a shop on 26 and Van Dyke about 20 years ago.

He was building a Pro-Street Camaro for my buddy,Jim Orlando. I was thinking of that car not too log ago and wondered if he ever finished it.

Hmm....doesn't ring a bell. A shop on 26 and Van Dyke? That would be Washington Township. Well...20 years ago I was 14 and not yet driving. It's possible I might have bumped into him when I got involved in the Detroit scene some years later but I'd have to see a picture of him to be sure.

Jim Orlando sounds familiar. Did he race those series of C.A.R.S Camaros that made the rounds in the early 90's? There were 4 of them, I think. They were pretty popular around here back then.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Thanks, I'll have to go see when I get there next week.

Jim Orlando is a big Italian guy with fingers missing on his right hand from a Daddo blade accident. I think he would be doing contractor work now.
