Thumbs up Buck's 67 Camaro Coupe never ending project

I'm beginning the long road to restore my 67 Camaro. I'm currently working to make the car more than just a swing. I'll probably break the project into phases. The first phase it to get the body back to premo condition and sound up the suspension. The interior upgrades are still up in the air, but I really like the look of the 4th gen shift consoles. I'll also need to decide on a nice seat of buckets to got with. possibly think a Dakota instrument pakage, power windows. Phase II and beyond with focus on additional suspension upgrades and the engine/tranny.

The goal is to have the car at a point where I can drive it next year and use the winter months to add upgrades that I can get to. So this car will probably never be done, just in a continous transition.

I guess I under estimated what it would really cost to get the car to the goal, but some of it may be reading to darn much and finding new items to add to the list. I guess I got sticker shock after adding up all the new additional items I was thinking about. I'll get there some day, I plan to have her around for awhile...

I've been reading alot of information about users cars and there are alot of sweet machines. I'm really new to all this and I'm trying to learn along the way. Thanks for all the great information, I think...

Welcome to the board, Buck. I hear you when it comes to the cost of all the parts needed to build a killer ride. I have a spreadsheet of most everything I'll need, and I try not to look at it until I'm ready to make the next purchase.

Keep us posted on your progress!!

I thought I was the only one that did that.
