Default Airbrushed badges

Hi guys,

It's been a while since i've posted, but i have some progress.

My car is getting painted this week, and I have a guy lined up to airbrush the badges onto the car for me. I will be getting the following badges airbrushed on:
1 x 68 style Camaro script badge on header panel
1 x 68 style Camaro script badge on bootlid (is actually the same badge)
SS badges airbrushed in between the bumblebee stripe

The airbrush guy has asked for a vinyl outline decal to be made up so that he can limit the overspray etc, and get a cleaner outside edge. This poses a problem for me, as i dont have the original badges, and i dont want to purchase a badge set just for him to use as reference. I want the airbrushed versions to look exactly the same as a real badge, ie same size etc.

Can someone possibly give me some measurements of the height of the SS badges, and maybe a measurement of the Camaro badges. Or even better, an outlined version of the badges in digital format.

I know this is a long shot, but any help i can give the airbrush guy to get the job done right would be grealty appreciated.

For reference, here are the badges in question:

I know the 68 should have a 396 badge where i plan to put the SS ones, but my car has a 454 at the moment, and I don't want to put 396 badges on it, incase things change again at some time. I've also chosen the SS badge to go with the SS gas cap i will be running, and possibly the SS badge in the RS grill.

Also, if anybody has exact placement details for these badges, it might help aswell.

Will have some photos up next week when its in colour.

I know exactly what the ABrush guy is looking for. (use the same technique myself on occassion)

If someone can lay the actual emblems face down on a scanner and post them (or email them directly to me) I can trace them out in a "vector" format for you.

Then your painter can scale them to whatever size you need in vinyl.
