Default Finish My 1968 Chevelle in trade for a 1970 Chevelle?

This may be a long shot, but looking for a reputable shop to finish my 68 PT Chevelle. Here is a pic along with the link to the chevelle I am willing to trade.

Car needs: Paint, interior (have seats and a good amount of parts), mechanical once over to ensure everything was done right, safety - harnesses/roll bar, etc. I plan to put my kids in this car.

I am in Austin, TX.

Thanks,

1970 for trade - http://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=34480

My car....

Needs:

1968 Chevelle:

Paint/Exterior:

Prep/Paint, new bumpers or rechrome originals, new door handles/lockset, new weather stripping, new rear light lenses, and new lenses in front bumper lights. New side mirrors.
Would like to explore option for a custom grille or purchase and install new grille. Have new motion style pin-on hood, but thinking better to go with a 2” cowl hood. Will be deleting lower chrome strip along bottom of the car.

Interior:

Have – Acura power front seats installed – ensure they are safe, if not re-install or replace with scat rally reats, recover/restuff rear seat to match – need to order cover and new padding. Order/- Install safety harnesses or seatbelts on all 4 seats, order and install new carpet/sills – finish out gear shift as a floor shift, install new door panels – have new fronts fully assembled, will need all new rear panels, armrest kit, window handles, lock knobs. Restore/install top frame and new top. Power windows work, one window needs to be re-installed. Install new dash pad (I have it), respray metal section of dash, address A-pillar, vent windows, delete visors. Install front kick panels with speakers, new stereo installed – will need finishing touches on installation.

Mechanical –

Tune motor (GMPP 502/502), ensure Classic Chevy TKO600 is installed correctly, review fuel system and electrical system to make sure all is done right – no safety hazards, get hydroboost to work properly – rear brakes drag (has Cadillac rear discs, may need to replace with C5 brakes.) Basically go over car from front to back to ensure it is ready to go. Car has been inspected and driven on the street already.
