Default C5 and C6 master cylinders identical???

This one is directed towards a certain GM suspenion guru or anyone else who knows. I have a C5 vette master cylinder installed on my car to run my old C5front brake package. I just finished what I believe is the first C6 Z06 brake upgrade to a 4th gen F-body. Before I install a brake bias bloock to fine tune the system I wanted to know if the bore/stroke of these two master cylnders is equal. thanks.

I did check with elway chevy (a.k.a. GO) here in denver and there are two part numbers but this may be a packing change and not a cylinder bore difference. I just want to make sure before I crack open my system and have to bleed it all out again.
