carnage? that guys lucky he hit a water barrier... Damage is easily fixable... Could have been much worse...

Belongs to Billy Utley. Footage is from Run Thru The Hills 2 at the Autcross from Hell. Appropriately named, huh? 90 mph straight with apron to banking transitions. Billy's car willsoon rise from the dead with a full frame and channeled body. Should be positively off the charts! Billy's got a lot of talent.
