Default Min Steering Radius

I'm working on my 67 Chevelle. I have 265/40/17's up front and she's low. The stock crossmember is about 1.5" off the ground. I'm building the front suspension and want the track width as wide as I can get it and still be able to navigate parking lots without airing it up. How big is too big when it comes to turning radii?

Thanks,
Kevin
