Guys and gals-

We are going through a phone outage in our building due to a decent thunderstorm that happened last night. We cannot get a dial tone which means no order can be placed, shipped or checked on.

We hope to have this issue fixed by close of business tomorrow.

LOOOL... seriously, i can from personal experience, as can anyone who has dealt with ATS attest to the excellent level of costumer commiment from thiese guys...

I work for the phone company and have the ULTIMATE set of tools, I can fix it!!

Seriously, I'm an AT&T outside repair tech, let me know if they fixed it right. I can offer advice if needed... for a substantial discount on parts!!!

Still not fixed. We are getting techs out to re-wire the building today.
