Default CTS shifter kart (package)

I thought being most everyone here is into speed I would put my CTS shifter kart up for sale here. This is not something for a kid. It is geared for 97mph now and does it as fast as you can shift. I also have gearing for 120mph for larger road course tracks. The brakes on this thing will pull your eyes from there sockets. I have never in my life felt brakes so powerful. Anyhow this kart is the ultimate in thrills for not to much $.

2001 CTS 125 shifter chassis: Cost $8000 new from what Im told for just the rolling chassis. The chassis is hand built in California not mass produced in china.

Honda CR 125 engine: Built by Atlanta super karts. This engine is far from stock. I talked with the builder and this engine is about maxed out for a 125. It produces just shy of 40hp and it screaming fast. The guys down in Monticello, FL thought it was about the fastest moto powered kart they had been on.

Brembo brakes: Vented rotors. front and rear

Micron computer setup with beacon: Gives speed, laptime, engine vitals. the beacon is used for racing to record which lap your on.

The kart will also come with two extra full sets of tires/rims. Also included is a streeter kart stand that folds up and has nice size tires for easy rolling. There are also a number of extra parts including wheel bearings, air filters, nuts/bolts, sprockets and lots of other odds and ends.

You can email me for more info and pictures.

$3700.00 FIRM or trade for parts.

Depends on what kind of parts you have. I would trade the kart towards a good 70-73 camaro project car.

I've driven shifter karts and they are a ton of FUN.

I would jump on this if I had the extra cash (dam 67 Chevelle project)

I'll keep an eye on this sale, maybe I'll find some extra money...
