after installing a stud girdle for the rockers and got a set of billet valve covers I decided to throw on a fresh coat of POR 15 engine paint.
the intake will be bead blasted next week.

Sorry, but I have been on the other side of one of these deals. My ex got a 71 442. 455/4speed/ac etc. convert. Then the dumbass sold it for $5000!!!!!!!!!!

I guess this thread just brings back bad memories. Maybe the thing to do would be call the previous owner and see if he wanted it back for $500.

Always remember this, what goes around, comes around.......

I really don't mean to rain on your parade, it is just I have been there, know the feeling.

im sure if the guy wanted it he would have said so in the settlement.
he just took his clothes and cars with tools and left.
I talked to the guy today he said its better i got it than some idiot that dont know what he got .
plus he laughed when I told him I got the motor off his wife for 500 bucks.
So everything is cool.
Turns out we went to high school together and used to hang out a long while back.
