		| QUOTE]I love seeing the less popular big blocks like 396/402 and 427s being used. 427s get my attention way more than a 454 or bigger. I'd really love to build a 427 with EFI and cruise it in a C3 vette one day. No idea why other than it just sounds right rolling off the tongue. The 409s are fun as well. I'm fortunate that the local car show once a month usually has a Impala SS show up with a built 409 in it. Car sounds soooooo good. |

  Have fun with it, Rob![/QUOTE]
I'm with ya on the 427's ton of power and rev to the moon if built right. Same reason people love 302 and 327's! I have an original 62 date code 409/409hp. I need to find an impala to put this in! we found it in the father n laws shop after he passed.

He knew the wife and I are car nuts and told us that "you need to look in the back of the shop their is a few things you might want" I found this 409 and 2ea. m21's!!!!
