Default Any Gen 3 Hemi experience....

Anybody done a late model Hemi in a project?
Curious who's harness you used and why. Any issues you might have run into?

HotwireAuto is about the only company i've found that has been doing it a while.

I used Street & Performance in Arkansas for two LS harnesses. I know they do HEMI harnesses also. They were very helpful both times every step of the way. Hope it helps you out.

Thanks Dale, that is one of the companies I'm looking at along with BPE http://www.bpeusa.com/G3Electronics.asp

The company Dale referenced is also in the same small town in Arkansas... probably a co-ink-a-dink.

We've done quite a few. We used to make our own harness by pairing down the stocker, but as of this year, we simply use the Holley EFI computer and harness. I like the Holley setup as you can always upgrade your engine with just a few key strokes.

Bouchillon (BPE) uses Hotwire Auto. They might get you a better deal than going direct though! Randy over at BPE is a great guy.

Very good info Dale. Price is definitely important but Hotwire is a lot closer to me if I got into some trouble with my first Hemi transplant.

All the Mopar shops are using Hotwire harnesses. I'm working with Affordable Fuel Injection in Michigan to build harnesses that work with HP tuners and the stock PCM.
