Default Opinion/Help

I want to lower my nova down a couple inches, and was wondering wether i should drop it 2 in front and 2 in rear or, 2 in front and 3 in rear. i was gonna go with DSE springs. The real question is i dont know if the back end will be lower then the front with 3 in drops. Im also not sure how i would measure my car before hand to see what drop to get. My car has mono leaf springs in the rear and air shocks. Do i measure with the air shocks filled or empty?

Thanks for the help.
