What degree ends are you using?

I've found using the Taylor 135* ends usually work best.

If all else fails, and your ends are directly on the header tube, take some header gasket, cut it into small pieces, and wedge it between the plug end and the tube. The more you can get in there the better.

My plug wires don't hit my headers.

I guess I should of just told him to get a set of $2000 Lemons headers. Money may be no object to you Greg, but it is to some.

I guess my suggestion is so "rigged" huh? So some small almost non visible pieces of insulation is so much worse then some big insulating boots? Gotcha.

Don't you have some cool ball milled valve covers or Torque Thrust wheels to polish?
