Default Crane Products

I know they went out of business a while back. They have also been rumored to be back in business or to be bought out by another entity and keeping the Crane name, I guess. Anyone know anything about this? Most importantly, how is the Crane brand? Is it a good, reliable brand?

Not sure where they are today, but it was a good, reliable brand.
