Default New guy from Missouri

I am new to the forums and have always been a drag racer in the past but I am looking to build a car that can actually go around some corners too.

Default Welcome

I'm in St. Louis, where are you?

What kind of ride are you planning for.

I am in Springfield. I have a 67 Firebird that is slowly coming along. It has a LS1 in it now but I am getting ready to swap that motor for a different motor with a hair dryer!

Welcome to the board!
A bunch of nice guys here!

A friend of mine has this '68 Firebird with a LS1 from a GTO.
The engine is upgraded with a LS6 intake, a new cam and headers from
Street & Performance. The oilpan is from Moroso.

Just thought it would be cool to see other Firebirds with LS engines

Very nice! Here are a few pics of my car. Mine has a AutoKraft pan and hooker headers and a TSP 228R cam and FAST EZ EFI. I really like the LS1 but it will likely be coming out soon(its in the for sale section) to make way for a different motor. The motor has only been in the car since August but once winter comes I get the itch to change things!
